How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at The Gentlemen’s Corner is easy. You can use ‘new prodcuts’ page browse products or the ‘categories’ or ‘brands’ page. Once you’ve found what you were looking for, just click the ‘ADD TO CART’ button.

Once you’ve clicked ‘ADD TO CART’ you will arrive at the checkout page where you will see a review of what is in your cart. Here you have the chance to proceed the checkout process by clicking the ‘CHECKOUT’ button or continue shopping by clicking the ‘continue shopping’ button.

How will I know you received my order and when will my payment be deducted?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email contains information about your order and payment details. Upon receipt of this email we will have charged your credit card.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Once you’ve selected the items of your desire, you will arrive at the review page of your cart. Click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button. Next you will be asked if you are a FIRST TIME CUSTOMER. In this case just follow the steps required to complete the order. When completing the process you will be asked if you want to create an account. Here you can enter a password of your choice. When purchasing your next item in the future you can use ‘RETURNING CUSTOMER’ login and use your email and password (the password you’ve created upon completion of your first order). All your required data will already be filled in to make your purchase easier and much faster!

How do I know if an item is in stock?

All items are in stock unless “Sold Out” is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order.

All orders will be delivered by our carrier partner Bpost Business, from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday and will require a signature upon receipt.

It is not possible to redirect orders once your items have been dispatches, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address for the specified delivery times.

Is my package insured?

All items are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit from The Gentlemen’s Corner to the shipping address. Once they have been signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details. We do not automatically provide you with a tracking number. Please send an email to customerservice@thegentlemenscorner.com if you wish to receive a tracking number.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature.

What happens when I am not at home?

The package will be delivered at your door. When no one is home there will be left a note in your mailbox, saying you can pick up your package and sign for it at your nearest post office

How do I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange any item within a period of 100 days. Send an email tocustomerservice@thegentlemenscorner.com if you wish to return an item. We will reply, providing you all the details on how to go about returning an item.

The shipping cost for returns will be charged to the customer.

You can choose to ask for a refund. If you wish to get a refund, please send an email tocustomerservice@thegentlemenscorner.com. We will refund the amount of your order or offer you a store credit.
